The conundrum: Density or sprawl?
Who’s buying these homes? Who especially in the last five years can afford a new home? With the terrible job market around here, I’d be inclined to say…people from other cities. Portland, how about staunching the flow of imported population with $$$ while you see what you can do for your existing residents at risk of getting priced and pushed out?
